Yes it can as it uses a variety of cutting agents that can be customised to suit the required solution. An aggressive formula can remove a hard built up scale where as a softer formula will remove non solids such as silts and slimes.

Yes - Whirlwind works best when logistics allow operations in pipe distances of up to 1 kilometre in a single run.
